What to say first
Say what it is about in the first message — accounting or building, and roughly what you need — and it reaches the right side faster.
If nobody picks up, leave a message with your name and what it is about, or send a text instead. A text is easier to answer between jobs than a call is, and it is the same number either way.
Where you meet
Where you meet is settled on the call, and it can be wherever suits you: your kitchen table, your site, your own office. If you want a street address before you commit to anything, ask for it plainly — that is a reasonable thing to want from anyone you are about to hire.
If video works better for you, say so in the first message and it saves a round of scheduling. Much of the accounting side moves by document and by call rather than by meeting anyway, so a good deal gets settled without anyone travelling.
If it is not urgent
The email address reaches the same office as the phone, and so does the guided intake. Either one is answered within one business day.
There is no form on this page. The two company pages and the guided intake each carry one and they all reach the same inbox, so a fourth would only split where enquiries arrive.
